When choosing a company to work for, there are three main things that are important to me: the team, the technology, and the business domain. I joined the company right after the founders. I liked the team at a personal level (excellent “chemistry”). I was very impressed with the technology based on years of unique research, combined with a proven track record in the Blockchain field. Entering the Blockchain domain, which was a new emerging market with a promising outlook, was another important driving factor. The unique positioning of the company as a core infrastructure provider to this market was also key to me. I haven’t looked back since. We’ve been very lucky to grow a team of amazing people both in terms of personalities, experience, and skills.

I love the “can do” approach of the company and the openness to the contribution of any employee who has the initiative and the skills to drive new ideas, regardless of the formal position within the company organization. It’s a pleasure to be part of the highly talented and diverse team.
