IT Specialist

We seek an IT Specialist to operate and develop our technological infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to design, implement, and maintain our IT systems. You will also serve as a valuable resource to support and guide employees. This role involves being the frontline of IT support within our office, ensuring our technological infrastructure operates seamlessly to support our fast-growing company. The right candidate:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Has proficiency in computer hardware, network installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security.
• Has experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems.
• Is curious by nature and a quick learner.
• Is service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

Ideally experienced with:

• Linux operating systems.
• Experience in planning and managing IT equipment and software in a fast-growing environment.
• Has experience working with SAAS cloud environments.
• Working in a startup environment.
• CompTIA A+/ITIL/CIST/CCNA or an equivalent certification.
